Here is the preliminary information for the "A" Troop reunion.

Dates November 13th Through the 16th.

Location Pensacola, Florida.

Airport to fly to ( if flying) Pensacola Airport.

Main featured event: Attendance of Blue Angels Season Finale Air Show at Pensacola Naval Base. Show will last about three hours featuring planes from all eras of flight and the Blue Angels. All aircraft fly in precision acrobatics. There will even be live air to ground ordinance displays.

We are trying to get our own pavilion right on the field next to the Navy Brass. The event will be catered. Prices are not finalized at this time, but will be shortly.

Hotel accommodations are in process, but not finalized either.

We are looking into Gulf or Sound front accommodations if we can secure affordable special pricing.

Shopping abounds for all the wives, including a huge outlet mall.

Restaurants , and night life are abundant and very good, especially seafood and steaks.

Beaches have the whitest sand anywhere in the world and is what they are known for. and the water temperature should allow for swimming. The water is aqua and turquoise blue.

Fishing is outstanding and their are fishing piers, shore fishing and virtually unlimited charters.

All troopers will have VIP parking passes and also be able to visit the Naval Air Museum.

We will provide a list, early in 2009 of all sight seeing opportunism and specific things to do.
